Window lavage treatment is a minimally invasive method to treat large KCOT which preserves the function of the jaw most of the earth. But it needs a long period of treatment. And intrinsic signal-regulated pathways were still not very clear. Wnt signaling pathway is closely related to the development of human tumors. But the role it played in the KCOT and its outcome need further study. In this study, Wnt signaling pathway-related genes in jaw KCOT were detected by gene chip to investigate the role of Wnt signaling pathway genes in jaw KCOT. Wnt signaling pathway inhibitor was used to treat cases with KCOT to verify the regulation roles of the Wnt signaling pathway genes in the minimally invasive function treatment of jaw KCOT.Methods:1. Wnt signaling pathway genes in KCOT were detected by gene chip to investigate the role of Wnt signaling pathway genes in KCOT.2. Preoperative X-ray and CT examination were performed in cases with jaw KCOT. Biopsy was made for pathological diagnosis.Divided into experimental and control groups.Experimental group use EGCG in the treatment of window lavage treatment in KCOT. Control group use NS in the treatment of window lavage treatment in KCOT.Case comparison of the experimental and control groups.Observed blocking the expression of Wnt signaling pathway genes affect the function of the jaw KCOT minimally invasive treatment.Results:1.Wnt signaling pathway-related genes changed were found in jaw KCOT by gene chip detection,, Wnt5a, FZD3, MAPK10and PRKX upregulation,CAMK2A downregulation.2.The experimental group use EGCG in the treatment of window lavage treatment in KCOT,only5-7months cysts that subsided. The control group use NS in the treatment of window lavage treatment in KCOT,after1.5to2years, KCOT cysts gradually subside.Experimental group received the Wnt signaling pathway inhibitor EGCG, making the clinical cycle window lavage maxilla KCOT greatly shortened.
