Control group of patientswith bipolar coagulation was observed in patients with hemostasis,3and6months aftersurgery the patient’s menstrual changes observed between the two cases, ovarian stromalartery blood flow parameters, changes in hormone levels, ovarian size and ovarian changesin circumstances.Results:3and6months after surgery, most patients return to normal menstruation, showed no significant difference (P>0.05), however, the recovery of the observation groupthan the control group of patients. Before and after surgery in patients with B-test EDV,PSV, RI, after6months,3months after surgery compared with preoperative, there was nosignificant difference (P>0.05). Before and after surgery were observed in vivo FSH, LH,E2level changes, preoperative differences in hormone levels in the two groups were notsignificantly (P>0.05); postoperative patients reduced levels of E2, FSH, LH levels;3and6months after surgery compared with before surgery, there were significant differences(P<0.05), compared with the control group was observed, but also showed significantdifferences (P<0.05), endocrine function recovery observed group of patients than thecontrol group. In addition, changes in ovarian size and restore ovulation observation groupthan the control group. Conclusion: Laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in bipolar coagulation andhemostasis methods for patients with ovarian function has a certain influence hemostasisway on ovarian function protection than bipolar coagulation mode, more conducive to thepatient’s recovery.
