Etiology Of Traumatic Chronic Subdural Hematoma And Analysis Of Its Therapeutic Effect

Objective:To investigate the etiology of traumatic chronic subdural hematoma, and analysis its therapeutic effect.Methods:we select51cases of patients with craniocerebral injury in our hospital neurosurgery from January2006to March2014treatment of, we approach the patients through the patient’s clinical manifestations and characteristics, cerebral CT, MR diagnosis performance to select the best treatment method and comprehensive evaluation of clinical curative effect and the related influencing factors.Results:There are slightly clinical symptoms differences between patients under the age of60and over60among the51cases of craniocerebral injury patients;1case were cured by conservative treatment. All the other patients after imaging diagnosis on the basis of conservative treatment by single-hole drilling hematoma drainage,48cases are well enough after treatment with clinical cure,3cases died,3patients recurrence, including epilepsy, stroke, tension chi cranial each1case; At the same time, we analyze the Traumatic chronic subdural hematoma for different ages of clinical characteristics, imaging diagnosis, clinical curative effect and complications of systemic analysis.Conclusion:Confirmed by clinical practice, this article selects the51patients with conservative treatment and single-hole drilling hematoma drainage treatment clinical curative effect is distinct, postoperatively expansion blood vessel, antibiotic drugs promote vascular smooth and prevent infection, can greatly improve the clinical effect and decrease the rate of postoperative recurrence and complications, as the late provide a valuable reference for further research.
