“The Effective Exercise Duration interva” on the type2diabetic patients in themid-age populations was discussed and its effects were found in our study. Methods:Choosen the40diabetic patients were randomly seleced in the two groups anddivided into two groups: one group (N=20)2hours after diner and1hours after diner(N=20). Sp the two groups took part in the exercise reacher before our experiment.Subjects of exercise group did exercise by exercise prescription after the meal andsubjects of control group were to do exercise before the meal. FBG, and HDL-C andTC and LDL-C and percentile body lip, and heart rate during exercise were detectedbefore and after our testing experiment. Results: After our testing, there was thesignificant different in FBG between the exercise group and control (P<0.05). TC,HDL-C, LDL-C and percentile body lip of exercise group were not significantdifferent between the exercise after the meal and the exercise before the meal.Conclusion:(1)“The minimal best effective exercise duration” exercise and tsetingcan control the blood glucose of diabetic subjects effectively.(2) There was thesignificant different in FBG of lower in2hours after diner group compared withcontrol group (P<0.05).(3) The exercise2hours after the dinner had the signidicantchanges in heart rate during exercise than the1hours after the dinner. These resultsshowed that exercise duration interval should be taken by diabetic subjects to reducethe FBG.
