| Objective: Regarded Hibernating myocardium and Stunned myocardium respectively as two groups research partners,observed the myocardial blood providence and functional movement reflection and efficiency of two research groups which accepted the interfere operation to resuscitate the hemoperfusion and suffered the myocardial damage. Methods: Selected the proper cases which complied the absorbing standards and were designed to receive the coronary interfere operation to treat the Hibernating myocardium and Stunned myocardium, divided the Hibernating myocardium cases into A group and t Stunned myocardium cases into B group, each group included 40 cases,40 cases in each group were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Control group and treatment group received west medical general treatment as well as Percutaneous coronary intervention operation(PCI) to cure vessel lesion, each group before test accepted associated checks. The treatment group added on Safflower yellow pigment infection liquid, once a day, 10 days as a treatment period, totally 2 treatment period, 1 month later after the interfere operation starting the second treatment period, after the second treatment period repeating the associated checks, the control group received the associated checks 40 days later after the interfere operation treatment and recorded relative indications. Through relative indications checks comparison, to investigate the reflection of Safflower yellow infection liquid for TCM syndrome anti-reperfusion damage and heart function after blood resuscitation of Hibernating myocardium and Stunned myocardium. Results:(1) the changes of TCM symptom and efficiency. Hibernating myocardium treatment group(A group) which experienced 2-treatment period TCM symptom score ameliorating condition was better than control group(P<0.05), among the TCM symptom efficient rating judging system treatment group was preeminently better than control group(P<0.05). Stunned myocardium group(B group) experienced 2 treatment period, the tongue image scoring change not only had outstanding difference(P<0.05)compared with the count before treatment but also was preeminent(P<0.05). in the comparing of angina pectoris after myocardial infarction(chest pain) and happening rate as well as serious degree of sense of suppression in the chest the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).(2)Relative checking indications change. â‘ Hibernating myocardium treatment group(A group) which experienced 2-treatment period treatment group and control group SV CO LVEF had outstand amelioration compared with before treatment(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group(P>0.05). In the changing rate comparison of ventricular wall thickening, after the treatment for treatment group and control group â–³SWTA and â–³SWTP had preeminent amelioration than before treatment(P<0.05),and treatment group amelioration condition was better than control group(P<0.05). In the change comparison of segmental ventricular wall unusual movement, the treatment group usual segmental percentage came up from 59.38% to 80%, the control came from 60% to 74%, the two group change rate had preeminent difference. Treatment group was better(P<0.05)than control group for segmental ventricular wall unusual movement indication counts. In the comparison of Hibernating myocardium segmental evaluation, RS SS all had preeminent change for treatment group before treatment and after, and better compared with control group(P<0.05). â‘¡Stunned myocardium group which experienced 2 treatment period, treatment group and control group SV CO LVEF had outstand amelioration compared with before treatment(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group(P>0.05). In the changing rate comparison of ventricular wall thickening, after the treatment for treatment group and control group â–³SWTA and â–³SWTP had preeminent amelioration than before treatment(P<0.05),and treatment group amelioration condition was better than control group(P<0.05). In the change comparison of segmental ventricular wall unusual movement, the treatment group usual segmental percentage came up from 63.44% to 83.13%, the control came from 65.63% to 76.56%, the two group change rate had preeminent difference. Treatment group was better than control group for segmental ventricular wall unusual movement indication counts(P<0.05). In the comparison of stunned myocardium segmental evaluation, RS SS all had preeminent change for treatment group before treatment and after, and the improvement of SS in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: 1. Safflower yellow pigment may have the use of ameliorating the symptom of myocardial blood embolus. 2. Safflower yellow pigment may ameliorate the myocardial movement recover and blood providence for Hibernating myocardium and Stunned myocardium blood reperfusion damage, and create positive and striking reflection, but have no preeminent difference for left ventricular systolic function amelioration compared with usual treatment group. |
