Influenza.which is a kind of acute respiratory tract inflections caused by influenza virus, has high incidence, infectious and causes outbreak easily.Global influenza has outbroken succ essively since twentieth century, the impact of the 4 flus which outbreak in 1957.1968,1918a nd 2009 is the most far-reaching.During March,2009,A H1N1 influenza outbreak in Mexico a nd quickly spread worldwide. In June, WHO announced that the pandemic alert level of influe nza a H1N1 pandemic was upgraded to 6.It get into the pandemic phase worldwide. The flu is a new respiratory tract disease, the pathogen was a new influenza H1N1 virus strain, the virus g ene contains three gene segments of swine flu, avian influenza and human influenza viruses.T he main clinical manifestations of influenza are high fever, fatigue, muscle ache and other syst emic symptoms of poisoning and sore throat, cough and other mild respiratory symptoms.Peo pie generally susceptible to infection, infants, elderly people and patients with heart and lung d isease are easily complicated by pneumonia and other diseases, life-threatening.Complication s of H1N1 influenza include complications of respiratory system, circulatory system complica tion, complication of nervous system and muscle complication. The core link of Western medi cine is anti-virus therapy currently, mainly use neuraminidase inhibitors, including oseltamivir, Zana Mi Vee and Pa Rami Vee.Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules which is the preferred drug a mong them can get better curative effect in the incidence of early use;Pa Rami Vee Sodium C hloride Injection.which was approved for the listing of anti influenza drugs in April 2013, has a better efficacy, especially for patients with severe influenza, patients unable to receive oral o r inhaled drugs, patients resistant to oseltamivir. In addition.there are respiratory support, immu notherapy. hormone therapy and other means. There is no name of epidemic cold in traditional Chinese medicine science.it is generally considered to belong to Chinese medicine "influenza" category according to the main clinical symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of H1N1 influenza ha s two aspects, one is wind heat invasion body; on the other hand.the main body "because of de ficiency of vital qi at the moment," the guard not solid, both inside and outside of evil and dis ease. The dialectical method of traditional Chinese medicine for H1N1 influenza mainly has th ree kinds of classification:disease location, differentiation and differentiation stage. For the H 1N1 influenza syndromes and treatment methods, all doctors are put forward their own views, and put forward the corresponding prescription respectively.Prescriptions such as Yinqiao po wder, Lianhuaqingwen particles has appeared more prominent effect in the process of treatme nt of influenza. Therefore, they are studied and used more and more by scholars. The paper will describes the H1N1 flu (influenza) concept, epidemiology, pathogenesis, t reatment and research progress from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine through the Chinese ancient books and literature reading and modern literature. In ad dition, it is suggested that how to improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment o f influenza:In the treatment of influenza,we must carry out "and pathogenesis. the genus, there are those who seek, not seek" spirit and treat according to core pathogenesis. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the "toxic" pathogen, treatment should pay attention to the use of detoxification method based on the use of out Quxie detoxification. In addition.disease prevention, which lead to disease of "zhiweibing" thought, has been a major feature of the the oretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.lt has some positive significance for reducingt he probability of severe cases when focusing on assisting energy in the early onset of influenz a disease which has not worsened.
