Study On The Correlation Between Hyperuricemia And The Risk Factors Of Gout

Object: To Investigate the correlation of hyperuricemia and urethritis about pathogenic factors, traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome, and constitution of TCM.Methods: 200 cases of patients with hyperuricemia and 200 cases of patients with urethritis were selected, the personal information of which were collected including name, sex, age, height, weight, eating habits, life style, degree of education, family history. All of the patients with stomach empty 12 h were collected venous blood to detect blood uric acid, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, usea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood glucose, glycerin trilaurate, cholesterol total, low densith lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL). According to deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical reference standard, the blood stasis diagnostic criteria, and terminology of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis to identify patients with hyperuricemia. According to The standard of curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine published by the Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine, patients with urethritis were identified.
