This paper will collate from two aspects:literature review and clinical research.First, literature reviewVascular endothelial has the function of barrier, the transmission of information, with the secretion of vasoactive substances and other functions. Hypertension is the most common cause of vascular endothelial function damage of cardiovascular risk factors and vascular endothelial dysfunction also will increase the occurrence and development of hypertension, is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. At present, the most widely used, simple and non-invasive technique was the brachial artery pneumatic compression method. Repair measures of modern medicine on vascular endothelial injury in hypertensive patients are improving living habits and reducing blood pressure;Second, clinical investigationObjective:To compare the relationship between vascular endothelial function and blood pressure and cardiovascular risk factors, effects on the vascular endothelial function of vascular endothelial function and different traditional Chinese medicine treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Hypertension group (325 cases) and the control group (168 cases) and medication group (129 cases); Determinate age, sex, heart rate and blood pressure, blood pressure and target organ damage and TCM syndrome type. Results:The mean value of FMD in patients with essential hypertension was significantly lower than that of healthy group (P< 0.01); Hypertension complicated with other diseases and health groups was statistically significant (P< 0.01); FMD was negatively correlated with blood pressure level and age was negatively correlated (P< 0.05); Hypertension syndrome of blood stasis type accounted for the highest proportion, and the FMD effect compared with the healthy control group was statistically significant (P< 0.01); Improvement of the amendment type FMD Chinese than those in other groups with significant difference (P< 0.01).Conclusion:The vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension was significantly decreased, hypertension and other cardiovascular risk factors on vascular endothelial injury is more serious; The FMD and the grade of hypertension and age was negatively correlated with FMD in patients with essential hypertension; It is well for FMD to predict the cardiovascular system tend to target organ damage; Hypertensive patients, blood stasis type were the most, and the improvement of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis therapy on vascular endothelial function is the most significant.
