Retrospective Study Of 335 Cases Of Herpes Zoster Treated By Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Purpose：In liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliatedhospital dermatological department ward in hospital patients with herpes zosterin recent2years medical records were retrospectively analyzed, summarized theregion of herpes zoster infection situation and treatment experience, tostrengthen the understanding of herpes zoster, more effective in the treatmentof herpes zoster, perfect for its esearch.Material and method：a retrospective investigation during January2012-December2013, in liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospitaldermatology wards treated patients with herpes zoster, the sex, age, season,occupation, previous medical history, causes, course, part of traditionalChinese medicine, length of hospital stay, and treatment items such asregistration list, simple calculation method is applied to draw relevantconclusions.Results：1. General situation: into the group of335patients,2012,2013,165cases,170cases,respectively, with131cases male, female204cases, male to female ratioof1:1.56. Aged20to85, the shortest duration7days, the longest24days.2. Career: herpes zoster patients with retirees and staff in the majority.3. The winter, four seasons, in the summer and fall.4. Incentives:260patients readme before ill no significant incentives orspecial condition,40patients readme before sicken had busy, working pressure;Fourteen patients readme illness had upper respiratory tract infection; Eightpatients readme always poor sleep;13patients had drunk alcohol before illness.5. History of disease: into the group of patients with diseases such ashypertension, diabetes, cerebral infarction, hyperlipidemia. 6. Clinical features: red hill sores, blisters, blood blister, zi scab, part isscabby, heavy, scar.7. TCM syndrome type distribution: a total of335patients, statistics for threetypes of syndrome types. Liver meridian muggy syndrome in245cases, accountingfor73.1%, followed by wet aggregates the25cases, accounting for7.5%; Andqi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in65cases, accounting for19.4%, livermeridian wind-cold type patients significantly more than the other two card type.8. Results:335patients with herpes zoster, cure73cases, accounting for21.79%;Effective254cases, accounting for75.82%; Invalid8cases, accounting for2.39%,total effective rate was97.61%.Conclusion：1. Herpes zoster among women, middle-aged and old patients, summer and fall isgiven priority to.2. Busy with work and mental stress, fatigue, insomnia, drinking, upperrespiratory tract infection and so on. The majority of patients unable to recallits possible causes.3. The hot and humid card is the most common liver.4. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, the internal andexternal governance, shorten period of treatment, reducing the occurrence ofheritage neuralgia after, curative effect is remarkable.
