Experimental Study On The Effect Of Electroacupuncture At "Zusanli" And "Sanyinjiao" On Immune Function In Rats With Spleen Qi Deficiency

Purpose：Thisexperimentbyelectroacupuncture“Zusanli” and“Sanyinjiao”of spleen-deficiency rats immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M, interleukin4,gamma interferon, NT-the influence of the content of ATC, evaluate the influenceof acupuncture on the immune function of rats; Confirm electroacupuncture of"Zusanli","Sanyinjiao" can improve the body’s immune function, for the clinicaltreatment of spleen-deficiency syndrome differentiation with acusector footthree mile, three vaginal intercourse hole provide scientific experimental dataand theoretical basis.Material and method：Using the random number table method to divide40maleSD rats（weight is200g-220g） into four groups. After each group of rats feedingadaptability in3days, then begin the experiment. Blank control group: giverats the normal daily drinking water and eating; Model set: make rats drink watereveryday,Hunger and satiety diet, and feed rats one day and abrosia them twodays. Measuring the rats’ weight on the first and21st day at the beginningof the experiment. Do not give rats acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture pointgroup: In15days of manufacturing models,, bind the rats on the rabbit bundle,double-click on the electric acupuncture in“Zusanli",“Sanyinjiao", filiformneedle stick into5-8mm, link to the electric acupuncture apparatus,dilatational wave stimulate20min, use the strength with slight trembling needlehandle for degrees,1time for a day, give them treatment for7consecutive days.Non-acupuncture point group: In15days of manufacturing models, select themidpoint of the position of navel and Shenque acupoint as the position ofnon-acupoint and the midpoint of Tianshu S25and Shenque acupoint above3mm,usethe same operating practices. After21days treatment, put them into the metabolic cages, measure the waterconsumption,food-intake and urine volume of rats during24hours.Give each groupof rats food but no water,after12hours we begin the experiment. Injecting ratswith20%ethyl carbamate(0.4ml/100g),take blood from aorta abdominalis, isolatethe serum and detect the content of IgM and IgG in serum.Adopt the method ofElisa to detect the content in IgG、IgM.Collect T lymphocytes from spleen,usethe method of fluorescent quantitation to detect the content of the relativeexpression of IL-4mRNA,γ-IFNmRNA，NT-ATc mRNA.Results：1.After duplicating the model of spleen deficient in rats, they appear to curl,gather, squint, arch their back, decrease the amount of food, the shit is softand some symptom, and their fur and feather is gloom and reluster; After usingacusector to stab “Zusanli”“Sanyinjiao”to treat,the above-mentionedsymptom are all ameliorate, their fur and feather is brightness which is familiarto the rats in normal group.2.Using acusector to stab “Zusanli”“Sanyinjiao”can rise the content of IgG、IgM of immune globulin which in the serum, enhance the body’s immune function.3.Using acusector to stab “Zusanli”“Sanyinjiao”can reduce the relativetranscript level of IL-4and NT-ATCin spleen, but the relative transcript levelis significant rise.Conclusion：1. Use acusector to stab “Zusanli”“Sanyinjiao” has the therapeutical effectof replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen for rats who are insufficiencyof the spleen.2. Use acusector to stab “Zusanli”“Sanyinjiao”,it can adjust people’simmune function through cellular immunity and humoral immunity.3. Use acusector to stab “Zusanli”“Sanyinjiao”,it can make the cell Th1andTh2recover relative balance.
