Objective:By using jia wei huang qi jian zhong tang treatment of60patients with functional constipation (spleen kidney Yang deficiency type) of clinical observation, to explore the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency model to assess the efficacy and safety of functional constipation.Methods:Collect in April2013-June2013in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of elderly outpatient service of60cases. All cases by clinical diagnosis, type of traditional Chinese medicine for the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.60cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in medical order, two groups of patients were treated for a basis of the experimental group on the basis of foundation treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth flavored jia wei huang qi jian zhong decoction treatment. Control group on the basis of foundation treatment, combined with the loose (polyethylene glycol4000powder, Po blessing-good quality industrial company) treatment, two groups of a course of4weeks,4weeks after treatment respectively on two groups of patients with safety observation (general physical examination project, blood, urine, three conventional, heart, liver, kidney, and record adverse reactions) and curative effect observation (signs and symptoms, etc.).
