Clinical Evaluation Of Acupoint - Injection Therapy In Children With Spastic Cerebral

Purpose:Acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy is effective and neurotrophicagent in cerebral palsy treatment is widely used. Connecting acupuncture withneurotrophic,we expect that point injection neurotrophic agent can give fullplay advantage in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment,in order to explore a more effective method of treatment of pediatric cerebralpalsy.Background: Incidence of cerebral palsy in several provinces in our countrylarge-scale epidemiological survey is according to1.2‰～2.7‰, a data showsthat the national total of children with cerebral palsy is nearly5million,and increasing growth of about40000in2011. Due to the paralysis of cerebralpalsy is the brain and nervous system damage, it is difficult to restore, sofar, cannot effect a radical cure, millions of cerebral palsy children withdisabilities cause great burden to society and family. Therefore, exploringeffective pediatric cerebral palsy treatment method, is absolutely necessary.The object of study:2013January to2014January,66patients with diplegiaor palsy(except for upper limb paralysis) in Shenyang Children’s Hospital.Research Methods:Selecting children with acupoint injection therapy andrehabilitation treatment as experimental group, selecting the children withcomprehensive rehabilitation treatment as the control group. Documentingclinical data of the modified Ashworth scale and foot dorsiflexion angle，whichevaluates clinical evaluation.Statistical methods: Using SPSS19.0for statistical analysis, count datause chi square test，and measurement data use t test。the data shows“x(average) +s (standard deviation)”, so that we get the analysis of science.The resultsof the study: Muscle tension spasm degree evaluation: the comparison thatinjection group contrasts before and after the treatment has obvious difference(P <0.05). The comparison that injection group compares with the control groupafter the treatment the comparison has not statistical significance (P>0.05);Foot dorsiflexion Angle:the comparison that injection group compares before andafter the treatment has significant differences (P <0.05). Passive flexion Angle:the comparison that acupoint injection group contrasts with the control groupafter treatment has not significant difference (P>0.05). Active flexionAngle:the comparison that acupoint injection group contrasts with the controlgroup after treatment has significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture point injection treatment of infantile spasmcerebral palsy have obvious curative effect.Acupoint injection combined withcomprehensive rehabilitation treatment group is higher than simplecomprehensive rehabilitation treatment group in overall curative effect.
