| Objective: to restore through clinical observation for the treatment offemoral neck fractures of different methods of postoperative, the clinicalanalysis of locking plate internal fixation with hollow screw fixation in thefemoral neck fracture operation mode, the fracture nail rotation stress controlforce has very good stability and better treatment of femoral neck with lockingplate, more conducive to promoting fracture blood supplies, promote healing,reduce the necrosis rate, can shorten the course, reduce the pain of patients,is worthy of promotion and further application.Methods: This study selected in2011January to2012June were in hospitalpatients in Shenyang Hospital Department of orthopedics, according to diagnosis,inclusion, exclusion criteria selected in accordance with the standard of34cases of femoral neck fracture patients,16male patients,18female patients,aged32-68years old, average56.2years old,20cases of left femoral neckfracture,14cases of right femoral neck fracture, including16cases of typeⅡ according to Garden classification,12cases of type III,6cases of typeIV, the mean follow-up time was6months, divided into the treatment group(locking plate screw group) and control group (3hollow screw group). Treatmentgroup, a total of18patients, including8cases of male patients,10femalepatients, with an average age of56.3years, according to the8cases of typeGarden,6cases of type III,4cases of type IV,5cases in the treatment groupwith severe osteoporosis patients. Control group a total of16patients,including7cases of male patients,9female patients, with an average age of54.6years, according to the8cases of type Garden,6cases of type III,2casesof type IV,2cases in the control group with severe osteoporosis patients.Methods the treatment group used is the open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate and screw in treatment group, control method is used in openreduction and3hollow screw fixation in the treatment of.Result:The average postoperative patients were followed up for6months, according tothe standard of fracture healing, the treatment group had achieved bone unionstandards,3hollow screw group there were3cases of nonunion or delayed union.According to the clinical healing standards according to the Harris hip scoredraws the conclusion: in the treatment group, a total of18patients, of which10cases were excellent, good in6cases,1cases, poor in1cases. The excellentand good rate was88.88%. Control group a total of16patients, of which8caseswere excellent, good in4cases,1cases, poor in3cases. The excellent andgood rate was85.71%..Conclusion:With open reduction and locking plate fixation than the effect of the3hollowscrew fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture was1.2for the treatment of femoral neck fracture with locking plate fixation and3hollow screw fixation was compared, it can shorten operation time, reduce thesuffering of patients, promote the recovery of blood supply in promoting thehealing of fracture, and reduce the necrosis rate.3for severe osteoporosis patients and Garden Ⅳ patients, plate internalfixation of femoral neck than3hollow screw fixation in the treatment of allhave the advantage of recovery in operation and postoperative fracture lockingapplication, is worthy of further promotion and application. |
