Purpose:To obsreve the clinical efficacy of treatment cervical spondylotic radiculopathyby Neck paralysis pain and peros loxoprofen sodium.Material and method:From the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine from2013April-December patients with basedon traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis: cervical spondylotisis, westernmedicine diagnosis: cervical spondylotic radiculopathy included40cases of thefirst diagnosed patients as research. All the patients underwent asking medicalhistory, physical examination; medical imagining inspection.Dividing thepatients to the treatment group and contral group.Give the treatment of Neckparalysis pain and peros loxoprofen sodium to the treatment group,and give thetreatment of intravenous driping Gastrodia elata and peros loxoprofen sodiumto contral group. Two groups of patients while20%mannitol250ml herein arestatic point, Day1, a total of three days treatment. Plus neck and neck tractionsteam bath treatment.After a treatment of15days, obsreve the clinical efficacy.Results:Referring to cervical spondylosis clinical effect assessment standards ofSampath,Prakash MD, vision analogue scale(VAS) grade toprotocol the method.after statistical treatment,score between the two groups,P<0.01,there is a verysignificant difference,the treatment group is demonstrably superior to thecontrol group. The treatment group total effective rate is83.00%.The controlgroup total effective is73.00%.Conclusion:The treatment of Neck paralysis pain and peros loxoprofen sodium to cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had good curative effect,was worth popularization andapplication.
