Meridian is the body channel in which human blood and vigor run and human health is adjusted. The most essential research method about meridian is to treat patients by associating diseases sharing some similar symptoms and common properties with certain section of meridian and puncturing some points on the patient’s body so as to activate the function of the body channel and to regulate the patients’blood and vigor to a normal situation. With development of modern medicine and acquaintance with meridian, more and more advance and objective detections are introduced into meridian research. As a result, some physical signal such as electrical or electronic, magnetic index along human meridian proved to be able to reflect human health situation comparatively exact. However, as an important branch of Chinese medicine, more scientific and effective research means are still wanted.This paper mainly research key segments of Tai Yin Lung Meridian and Pericardium which are as the object, carry out a series of electric information transmission characteristics experiments, in view of smart processing of collection signals, discuss electricity transmission characteristics of human body meridian, has certain research significance1, Using the active voltage stimulate specific acupoint, and apply advanced physiological signal acquisition system to collect acupoints and nonacupoints signals, get a group of contrast meridian signal. This paper also tries to extract ECG signal from meridian of channel through right leg drive.2, Use wavelet packet decomposition and EMD decomposition approach respectively to preprocessing meridian signals, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.3, We use ’db’ wavelet packet decomposition to denoising meridians signal with noise. Respectively using compulsory noise reduction, default threshold denoising processing, given threshold denoising processing, compare the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods.4, In order to investigate the energy transmission properties in human meridian, the transmission gain of energy defined to evaluate the energy transmission efficiency of the electrical signals through the meridian points and non-meridian points. The experimental results show that the values of the transmission gains of energy in the meridian points are larger than those in the non-meridian points. Thus, it can be explained that the meridian is one of the channels in human body to let energy transmit through easily.5, The paper also calculate the biggest lyapunov exponent of the meridian signal and non-meridian signal to research the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of meridian signal, and the result shows that the meridian signal has obvious chaos characteristics, chaos degree of acupoints and nonacupoints present distribution space, chaos degree of acupoints are higher than chaos degree of nonacupoints.
