Objective:Cancer,trauma and other diseases caused by oral andmaxillofacial defects of skin and mucous membranes is morecommon at present,repair methods are most commonly used inclinical around free flap repair,but most suitable for smallarea of soft tissue defects, for a wide range of skin and mucousmembrane defects, due to the amount of surrounding tissuetension and how much tissue restrictions, free flap repairoften leads to more complications.At present, many need to usea larger area of the repair material defect. Repair materialsand biological materials into a synthetic prosthetic materialis widely used in clinical synthetic material, but theexistence of poor biocompatibility, the material displacement,infection, pain and other symptoms.Ideal skin repair materialshould not only have a certain strength and physically stable,and should have high biocompatibility, low rejection, promotetissue regeneration characteristics. Current clinical yetfound out that the ideal restorative material, more use ofbetter materials are biocompatible, and therefore constantlylooking for the right material has been the focus of clinicalresearch.Biomaterials research direction at home and abroad and maxillofacial defects of skin and mucous membranes, includinganimal-derived materials such as porcine small intestinalsubmucosa, acellular dermal matrix, human corpse bornematerials. Studies have shown that not only has the advantageof the biomaterial of synthetic material, but also has betterbiocompatibility characteristics, postoperative infection,pain, and other complications adhesion lower than syntheticmaterials.In this study, bovine Achilles tendon and is currentlypreparing materials commonly used in China acellular dermalmatrix materials used in rabbit full-thickness skin defectexperiment, general surgery, skin healing rate, histopathology,immunohistochemistry and other aspects of comparison, twobiocompatibility of biomaterials research, complications,inflammatory response and tissue healing, and to provideexperimental data provide experimental evidence for clinicalrepair of soft tissue defects after the selection of materials.Method:Experiment with16New Zealand white rabbits weighing2.5-3.5kg, prosthodontics film,acellular dermal matrix. Backin New Zealand rabbits bilateral excision three3cm*2cm fullthickness skin, each side divided into control, dental filmacellular dermal matrix repair and rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, four groups respectively after7,14,21,28day be drawn, samples were drawn after grossobservation, histological HE staining and Masson staining andimage analysis software to measure the percentage of skinhealing area, the data obtained were analyzed statistically.Result:1.the general observation16New Zealand white rabbits with experimental surgery areashowed no significant soft tissue inflammation in theexperimental group and the control group survived the materialdid not fall off, New Zealand rabbits three incisions wererepaired in28days or so, the space at the scar thanprosthodontics film and swine acellular dermal matrix at large,dental membrane materials to repair scar after slightly lessthan the acellular dermal matrix.2.HE stainingBlanks significant inflammatory reaction, see a lot of tworepair materials at fibroblasts and capillaries, littledifference between them, but were significantly higher than themargin; microscope prosthodontics early Ⅲ collagen membranematerial than pigs off acellular dermal matrix,collagen typeⅰ late than acellular dermal matrix, the membrane material may prosthodontics scarring less than acellular dermal matrix.3. Masson stainingTwo types of biological material after Masson staining ofcollagen fibers showed cords, fiber bundles arranged in loose,slender shape compared.4.measure the percentage of skin healing rateThe overall difference between the groups was statisticallycompared (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.using two materials with better rabbit skin and soft tissuerepair, has good resistance to infection and biocompatibility,repair faster, blood vessels and strong form.2.Prosthodontics membrane materials scarring after surgerycompared with acellular dermal matrix is small, has a goodanti-scarring capacity.
