Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yi Qi Wen Yang Huo Xue Method On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Diuretic Resistance

Objective:To observing a beneficial temperature Yang invigorate the circulation of the water effect of true Wu Shang or peach siwu decoction in the treatment of heart failure in patients with diuretic resistance curative effect, seek a treatment for heart failure in patients with diuretic resistance and improve the clinical symptoms of safe and seek a effective way in traditional Chinese medicine.Method:According to the randomized and controlled study method, a total of40patients who met these criteria were divided into two groups (20for treatment group and20for control group). Under the western drug therapy, the treatment group were given a dose of Zhenwwu and Taohongsiwu decoction in100ml three times a day for2weeks; and the control group were given the treatment of western drug therapy for2weeks too.Observation was made to record the changes of the TCM syndrome integral, and6MWDS NYHK cardiac function classification (6minutes walking distance) b-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), at the same time observe the adverse drug reactions and other complications and true Wu Shang peach the effects of siwu decoction on the index.Result:Among the40cases,40patients finished the study with no one lost,40cases of the treatment group and20patients of the control group also. Efficacy comparison: the treatment group and the control group has statistical significance in intervention of Heart failure diuretic resistance,both of them could reduce NT-proBNP and LVEF(P<0.05),rise the Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and6minutes walking distance.This suggests that Chinese and western medicine combined with group increase exercise endurance To improve cardiac function, reduce the NT-proBNP, increased LVEF value aspects of pure western medicine treatment group significantly.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),TCM symptoms were improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), but Chinese and western medicine combined with superior to pure western medicine group (P<0.05)Conclusion:①Really Wu Shang and peach siwu decoction can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure diuretic resistance exercise endurance, improve prognosis, curative effect is superior to pure western medicine group.②In improving TCM symptoms better than western medicine group。③Less adverse reaction, high safety, for patients with chronic heart failure diuretic resistance is safe and effective prescription。Security comparison:the treatment group are much safer than the control one.
