Purpose:To explore food intolerance IgG for clinical diagnostic significanceof allergic purpura in children,and the correlation between Food intoleranceand the TCM constitution type.Material and method:Detecting of food intolerance IgG-specific antibodyon100children who with HSP detection by ELISA and analysis the clinicalrecords. Their physical type of judgment based programs established physicaltype determination.Analysis and description of survey data using SPSS15.0statistical software.Results:1.Normal children food intolerance positive rate was65%,But allergic purpurain children with food intolerance IgG positive accounted for98%.there are greatdifferences in ratio between allergic purpura children and normal children.Themost common food intolerance to is milk and eggs,where milk intolerance positiverate of53%, egg Intolerance to positive rate of68%. Among positive foodintolerance in children who have HSP, A food intolerance in infants accountedfor42.86%,two accounted for41.84%, three accounted for11.22%, four or moreaccounted4.08%.The mild Intolerance to accounted for71.43%,the moderateaccounted for18.37%,and the highly accounting for10.20%.2.The main types of TCM constitution in normal children is balancingquality,however,the main types of TCM constitution in children with HSP isnon-equilibrium quality,where the balancing accounting for19%,theNon-equilibrium quality accounting for81%. And in the people of non-equilibriumquality,Partial Qi deficiency35.81%,; partial Yin deficiency49.91%, partialYang deficiency8.64%, partial phlegm8.64%.3.HSP food intolerance in children with positive, balanced quality of food intolerance in children10cases of mild, moderate three cases, the height offour cases;Unbalanced quality food intolerance in children with mild59cases,16cases of moderate height,6; balancing quality food intolerance in childrenwith two kinds of12cases within two on six cases of food intolerance,heterogeneity two kinds of food intolerance in children less than72cases, twoor more food intolerances9cases.Conclusion:1.Compared with normal children,HSP children with food intolerancesIgG-positive rate is higher.2.The positive rate of IgG in HSP children who with non-balanced quality ishigher than the balance ones.3.Compared with HSP children with a balanced quality, non-balanced quality offood intolerance within the two positive rate is higher.
