| Objective:To compare the recent clinical curative effect of the posterolateral interbody fusion with internal fixation and the posterior lumbar interbody fusion with internal fixation for osphyalgia without root symptoms of Lumbar instability. Methods:The study selected january2009to february2014in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medical hospital orthopaedics, in30patients who suffered the lumbar instability,It was divided into two groups A and B.15patients In group A were treated by the posterolateral interbody fusion with internal fixation and15patients in group B were the posterior lumbar interbody fusion with internal fixation. These two groups were compared for operative time, amount of bleeding and3months after operation in The Oswestry Disability Index and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores, and the incidence of postoperative complications in nerve root stretch injury. Results:The study,Average operative time:group A95min,group B155min (p<0.01);Average amount of bleeding:group A560ml,group B860ml(p<0.01);Average preoperative in Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores:A13.33,group B10.07(p>0.05);Average3months after operation in Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores:group A81.29%,group B75.71%(p>0.05);Average3months after operation in The Oswestry DisabilityIndex:group A30.11%,group B30.00%(p>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in nerve root stretch injury:group A0%,group B33.33%(p<0.05).Conclusion:1. The posterolateral interbody fusion with internal fixation and the posterior lumbar interbody fusion with internal fixation were good ways to treat Lumbar instability.2.The posterolateral interbody fusion with internal fixation was shorter and less than the posterior lumbar interbody fusion with internal fixation in Average operative time and average amount of bleeding.3. The posterolateral interbody fusion with internal fixation was no difference of the posterior lumbar interbody fusion with internal fixation between average3months after operation in Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores and average3months after operation in The Oswestry Disability Index.4.The posterolateral interbody fusion with internal fixation incidence of postoperative complications in nerve root stretch injury was lower than the posterior lumbar interbody fusion with internal fixation.5.The patients of osphyalgia without Root symptoms in Lumbar instability must be Choice of the posterolateral interbody fusion with internal fixation. |
