Objective:to explore the effect of related factor expression in the ephrinB2/EphB2signal path curative Ganshu, shenshu point on MCAO rats model,and further explore the mechanism of angiogenesis around the infarcts of MCAO model rats through Ganshu, shenshu point.Methods:180healthy male rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group, electric acupuncture group, the nonelectric acupuncture group, in addition to the control group,the rest of the groups of carotid artery insert line plug method was adopted to establish the rat MCAO model,using11points score and immunohistochemical technique to detect the expression of CD31, Western Blot method to detect ephrinB2, EphB2, VEGF.Results:1.After MCAO successfully estabilshed,the highest score of neurological function deficits was appeared on3day,the score was tapered as time goes on.The electrica acupuncture group were significantly reduced compared with model group and nonelectric acupuncture group.The changes of infarct area were closely related with neurological function deficits score.2.The expression of VEGF and CD31:compared with control group, model group14d and21d CD31VEGF expression increased,14d was the top,had significant difference (p<0.01); Compared with electric acupuncture group, nonelectric acupuncture group3d,14d CD31VEGF expression reduced, statistically significant difference (p<0.05).5. The expression of ephrinB2and EphB2:Postoperative3d model groups around ephrinB2infarcts,EphB2expression quantity compared with the control group statistically decreased(p<0.05), with the extension of time expression quantity increased gradually,electric acupuncture points group ephrinB2expression quantity increased from the rest of the group was more apparent,14d peaked(p<0.05);the model group and the control group had no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:1. Cupping Ganshu Shenshu point could significantly improve the rat MCAO model rats nerve function score, reduced cerebral infarction volume,had a protective effect on cerebral ischemia,including possible protective mechanism of Ganshu Shenshu around ephrinB2infarcts,by rising in EphB2,CD31,VEGF expression.2. Ganshu Shenshu point by rat MCAO model around ephrinB2infarcts, rised in EphB2, CD31,VEGF,inducing angiogenesis.
