| Purpose: To observe the method how my mentor used the Salmond low to guide theone-time primary incision and threat-drawing technique for treat the analcarbuncle,and tried to summarize his experience.Material and method: We select82patients who got the anal carbuncle fromthe third hospital attached Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicinebetween March2013to October2013treat by Professor LiShi for use the one-timeprimary incision and threat-drawing technique.There were70males and12females,6months old to72years old,the average age of35.1years old.Amongof them their were35cases of subcutaneous abscesses,13cases of pelvic rectalfossa abscess,21cases of ischial rectal fossa abscess,7cases of clearance afterrectum abscess,6cases of horseshoe abscess.We treat them by sit bath withTraditional Chinese medicine,change the dressing,tighten the wire with Chinesemedicine after the surgery.The patients were followed up for3months after themout of the hospital.We observe whether anal fistula is left after the surgeryand the recovery of the anus function.Results:There were80cases of them were cured by the one-time primary incision andthreat-drawing technique,the other2cases were had be improved,none of themin the cases were not cured.There is no any anal fistula and defecate incontinentor other complications left.Conclusion:1:Professor LiShi can find the potential hole within of the patients with analcarbuncle accurately which were used by Salmond low for guide the one-timeprimary incision and threat-drawing technique.This method is expand theapplication of the Salmond low,guide the operation of the surgery effectively,2:The one-time primary incision and threat-drawing technique reduced the risk of the anal carbuncle recurrence and left the anal fistula.It was merged twotimes surgery to one-time for effect a radical cure surgery, reduced the painof them and their economic burden,is deservedly by spread wide in the clinical. |
