Good doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of a harmonious society. With the rapid development of health services, population health protection network more robust, and medical treatment can be further enhanced. However, due to the limited amount of health resources, uneven distribution of medical resources, quality resources are too concentrated, the problem persists that people medical treatment is difficult and expensive, contradiction between doctors and patients remain prominent. Tense doctor-patient relationship has become a hot issue of social concern.There are many reasons for tense doctor-patient relationship, the doctor-patient contradiction, but one important reason is the lack of communication between doctors and patients. In clinical activities, due to market failures, information asymmetries between the medical side and the risk of side obviously brings conflict to deepen the medical staff and patients. Patient communication is an important way and means which is to improve doctor-patient relationship. Through good communication,information can be exchanged between doctors and patients, information asymmetries will be reduced, mutual emotional exchange can be enhanced, bringing the two sides to reach a relationship of trust, a positive interaction.
