A Study On The Relationship Between Clinical Pathway And Relieving Doctor - Patient Contradiction

The main problem of this issue is whether clinical pathway can ease the contradiction between doctors and patients and how to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients, in order to solve this problem, the total use of the literature research, survey research, comparative empirical research method, analysis method, research the main research method is empirical. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper first introduced the descriptive statistical analysis, and factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the ultimate solution to the research problem. The introduction of clinical path with the empirical research methods to explore the influence of the Doctor-patient Conflict Mitigation, analyzing the mechanism of doctor-patient relationship prevention system operable and credibility.On the basis of theoretical achievements home and abroad, put forward our country in the current medical system and clinical pathway to alleviate doctor-patient contradiction mechanism theory. The tense relationship between doctors and patients and prevention to provide new ideas and methods, is conducive to strengthening the social harmony and stability, promoting the development of economy and society.Reading through the literature and comparative research shows, compared with China and other foreign regions of the doctor-patient relationship, which has certain particularity and complexity, therefore, in the prevention and response may also exist certain differences. But by comparison and analysis, drawing on the successful experience, put forward the effectiveness of clinical pathway on the doctor-patient relationship positively oriented. In the theoretical analysis, this paper proposes five hypotheses respectively:Hypothesis 1:clinical pathway can alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients;Hypothesis 2:clinical pathway can alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients by improving medical safety management approach;Hypothesis 3:clinical pathway can ease the contradiction between doctors and patients by improving medical service program approach;Hypothesis 4:clinical pathway can alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients by reducing the number of patients with malicious rights of way;Hypothesis 5:clinical pathway can ease the contradiction between doctors and patients by improving the health care system approach;Constructing the results by the model, the clinical path and each factor correlation test results, clinical path way and each channel can be significant correlation, and each channel way it has obvious curative effect on the doctor-patient relationship. The doctor-patient relationship is affected by various factors obviously, equation shows that the medical safety management better, less malicious adults patients, medical service process more simplified, the medical industry environment as possible on the Doctor-patient Conflict Mitigation more effective. The success of the assumptions prove 1-Hypothesis 5 under 5% of the significance levels are statistically significant, with a certain credibility.This shows that the clinical pathway can really alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients, and the effect relationship has a direct influence and indirect influence of two. Channel factors which indirectly influence of medical safety management approach, the medical service, reduce the malicious program approach to rights of way and improving the health care system approach, namely the clinical path to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients by improving medical safety management approach, clinical pathway can ease the contradiction between doctors and patients by improving medical service program approach, clinical pathway can reduce malicious rights, strengthen communication ways to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients, clinical pathway can alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients by improving the health care system approach.
