Purposes: In the most common TCM constitution and basic physical deficiency as research subjects,the badminton and Taijiquan with distinction quantify exercise intensity.By observing changes in the dynamic Chinese medicine physical deficiency crowd after attending Taijiquan and badminton bodily functions.Exploring the appropriate exercise intensity of physical deficiency, Guiding the constitution of physical deficiency people how scientific sports promoting health.In order to create the suitable sports principle of different people with TCM physique----Depending on the physical selection of different sports, Effective regulation by appropriate physical movement.to make a preliminary theoretical groundwork.Methods: Take a random sample of 30 people from 45 to 60 years old who consistent with physical deficiency in identifing constitution of traditional Chinese Medicine of Orthopaedic Hospital in Sichuan Province,as the research object.Take badminton and Tai Chi respectively as high intensity and low intensity of exercise.By monitoring the movement of the heart rate to control the intensity of exercise.Testing the traditional Chinese medicine constitution score test before and after exercise,the change of Cardiopulmonary function.To understand the impact of different intensities of exercise on physical deficiency were related indicators.Result :1.After 12 weeks different intensity exercise,the traditional Chinese medicine constitution score of high-intensity(badminton) group and low intensity(Tai Chi) group both reduce.But high-intensity(badminton) group do not change significantly(P>0.05). Low intensity(Tai Chi) group change significantly(P<0.05).It prompts that low intensity exercise improve physical deficiency moreobviously. The people of physical deficiency are suitable low intensity exercise.2. After 12 weeks different intensity exercise, the Cardiopulmonary function of high-intensity(badminton) group(VO2/kg at AT) improves a little, not obviously(P>0.05).The Cardiopulmonary function of low intensity(Tai Chi) group(VO2/kg at AT) improves in evidence(P<0.05),and the Cardiopulmonary function of two groups(VO2/kg at AT) have significant differences after 12 weeks(P<0.05). It prompts that low intensity exercise improves the Cardiopulmonary function greater, are more appropriate for the people of physical deficiency.Conclusion: The low intensity exercise is more appropriate for the people of physical deficiency. Therefore, we should suggest low intensity, such as Tai Chi, a brisk walk and so on for guiding the constitution of physical deficiency people to exercise scientifically. Only if chosed the suitable intensity exercise can improve the biased physique.It is more likely to achieve the purpose of the constitution of qi deficiency after long time persistence.In the future,it can refer to this experiment ideas and results, making the system study of larger sample, multiple Indicators, longer time when making more extensive researchs of physical fitness and exercise. It will be a research direction with broad prospects.
