Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Shengji Powder On External Incision Of Breast Abscess Excision

Purpose:Explore the use of Shengjisan for the treatment of breast abscess clinical observation of unhealing incision drainage after operation.Material and method:The randomly selected 52 cases of breast abscess incision and drainage Incision nonunion patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and treatment group with 26 cases in each group, the treatment group used Shengjisan, externally applied to the incision sore face after iodophor routine disinfection, tile thickness of about 3mm, with bra fixed, change it once every day, continuous treatment for 2 weeks as a course. Observation index for clinical symptoms, incision healing and adverse reaction. Judging the curative effect after a course of treatment; the control group using Kangfuxin Liquid, each time you use about 10 ml, used once a day, after iodine routine disinfection incision, externally applied to the incision. Treatment group and treatment control group treated for 2 weeks, to observe the therapeutic effect and related indexes of two groups of the wound healing time of 2 weeks.Results:The treatment group used Shengjisan for the treatment of breast abscess of unhealing incision drainage after operation. patients aged 18-40 years, mean(28.50 ± 5.99) years old; healing time 7-26 d, average(11.12±4.51) d. The control group used the Kangfuxin Liquid for the treatment of breast abscess of unhealing incision drainage after operation. patients aged 19-39 years, mean(27.77 ± 5.16) years of age, the healing time 11-35 d, average(16.85 ± 6.47) d. Two groups of patients with age and other indicators were P > 0.05, no significant difference between the two groups, suggesting that the two groups were comparable, the average healing time of the treatment group and control group are compared, the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.001 <0.05).Conclusion:Shengjisan relatively routine iodophor disinfection breastabscess incision healing postoperative clinical efficacy, duration of the recovery time is short, no side effects, worthy of clinical application.
