Study On The Regularity Of Dysmenorrhea Drugs Based On Ancient And Modern Literature

Objective:Arrange systematically the ancient literature and modern literature of primary dysmenorrhea,and combine the literature research method with data mining technology.So we can study the using regularity of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,which can provide more value for clinical treatment.Method:Adopt the literature research method to collect the literatural materials about traditional Chinese medicine of treating primary dysmenorrhea,then search associative prescription.They are processed by data standardization.The association rules in data mining are adopted.Then we analyze and discuss drug using regularity.Results: 1.This research sorts out 71 ancient prescriptions for primary dysmenorrhea and 229 modern prescriptions for primary dysmenorrhea. 2.The core drugs used in ancient traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea are:angelica,cinnamon,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma chuanxiong,corydalis tuber,moutan bark,codonopsis pilosula,peach kernel,radix aucklandiae,radix achyranthis bidentatae;the core drug pairs are: angelica-cinnamon,angelica-radix paeoniae alba,angelica-rhizoma chuanxiong,angelica-corydalis tuber,radix paeoniae alba-rhizoma chuanxiong,etc.Ancient physicians emphasize using traditiongal Chinese medicine of modulating Qi and blood,removing blood stasis,relieving pain and warming interior. 3.The core drugs used in modern traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea are:angelica,corydais tuber,rhizoma chuanxiong,rhizoma cyperi,radix peoniae alba,trogopterus drug,pollen typhae,red peonyroot,safflower,lindera aggregata;the core drug pairs are:angelica-rhizoma chuanxiong, angelica-corydais tuber, angelica-rhizoma cyperi, angelica-radix paeoniae alba,rhizome cyperi-corydais tuber,etc.Modern physicians emphasize using traditiongal Chinese medicine of promoting Qi,removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and stopping pain. 4.The common medicine of ancient physicians and modern physicians treating primary dysmenorrhea include: angelica, radix peoniae alba,rhizoma chuanxiong, corydais tuber;the commonly core drugs are: angelica-radix peoniae alba, angelica-rhizoma chuanxiong, angelica-corydais tuber, radix peoniae alba-rhizoma chuanxiong. Ancient physicians and modern physicians treating primary dysmenorrhea begin from stasis. 5.Ancient physicians and modern physicians adopting main traditional Chinese medicine are drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,drugs for enriching weakness.Conclusion:Combine the literature research method with data mining technology to study drug using regularity of ancient literature and modern literature of primary dysmenorrhea,and we can find that ancient physicians and modern physicians have their common places,also different characteristics.This is modern physicians inheriting and innovating ancient physicians.They commonly think that deficiency and stasis are the pathological products of primary dysmenorrhea.
