| Objective:Through a retrospective analysis of 539 cases of eczema pat ients in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Ch inese Medicine from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014 in Department of Dermatology, to investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeuti c effect of our hospital in patients with eczema, summing up the past e xperience in clinical practice, research and explore the eczema patient s the etiology, syndrome distribution rule, pathogenesis and clinical t reatment etc.Methods:Collecting in The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014, 539 cases of eczema in Department of dermatology patients, patient ag e, gender, occupation, course of disease, past medical history, lifest yle, medical payment, onset season, parts of the incidence, inducemen t, clinical symptoms, treatment, hospitalization days and in patients wi th various clinical laboratory results in the project list statistic s, and carries on the review analysisResults:1. The study of 539 cases of hospitalized patients with eczema, male and female patients with ratio of 0.84:1. Onset ages are from 6 to 88 year-old, the average age was 52.49 士 13.54. Shortest duration for 2 days, up to 50 years.accounted for 46.02%, within 1 year course duration is more than l years accounted for 53.98%. Hospitalization days minimum is 4 days, the longest is 36 days, the average hospitalization days is 15.12 士 3.92. 2. Most of Patients with eczema are retirees. 3. Eczema can come on all the year round, mostly in spring, summer, autumn. The disease mostly comes on in spring and summer for the first time. 4. Most eczema patients don’t have obvious course. A small number of patients think have a matter with diet, sunshine, chemicals, alcohol, drugs, mood, wet, wind. 5. 247 patients were denied disease history, Under the age of 30 years old,patients are no disease history. more than 30 years old,patients have one or more the following diseases, in the order, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. 6. 74 people suffered from other allergic disease, 8 patients suffered from more than 2 kinds of allergic disease. 7. 432 patients were checked allergen.. Food intolerance positive rate was 92.36%. Inhaled allergens total positive rate was 31.48%. 8.71.99 % patients have no bad habits, 14.10% of patients interested in drinking, 23.56% patients interested in smoking. 9 Most hospitalized patients are city health insurance. 10. Significant changes in laboratory tests are 63 patients with abnormal renal function tests, 137 patients with abnormal liver function tests, Blood eosinophils increased 177 cases, 145 cases of abnormal total Ig E, glucose 160 cases, 517 cases of immune dysfunction. 11.Eczema has generalized, can occur in any part of the body, the skin lesions have pleomorphic, intense itching sensation.Eczema has extensive hair sex, can occur in any part of the body, skin lesions with polymorphism, severe itching. 12.TCM type: Damp skin type 490 cases; 10 cases spleen dampness; 39 cases of deficiency and wind-dryness.13. Treatment Results: 4 cases are cured, significant effective are 344 cases, and effective are 187 cases, 4 cases are ineffective, the total effective rate was 99.19%.Conclusion:More women than men in hospitalized patients with eczema, Most are old people. Eczema all can come on all the year round, mostly in spring, summer, autumn. Most eczema patients don’t have obvious course. The disease incidence etiology is not clear; it is easy to break out repeatedly. Eczema treatment is based on overall concept, synthesis of the four diagnostic methods, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine treat by internal and external, short-term supplemented by western medicine, combining Chinese and western treatment of eczema, curative effect is remarkable... |
