| Perpose: To explore the Qi Qu on behalf of the tea and non-alcoholic fatty liver insulin resistance(phlegm resistance type) clinical efficacy in improving liver function, lipid metabolism and insulin resistance and other aspects.Materials and method: The treatment of 80 cases from December 2012 to December 2014 in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic Liver patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups of Chinese medicine, in which the control group using metformin hydrochloride tablets 0.5g / joint silibinin capsule 3 / times, three times a day after meals orally. Chinese medicine group with Qi Qu on behalf of tea(Astragalus 15 g, red yeast 10 g, Alisma 15 g, hawthorn 15g), boiling water for tea. The treatment lasted three months. Well the two groups during the study period were low fat low salt low sugar diet, ban alcohol and tobacco, increasing the right amount of aerobic exercise. After a comprehensive study of the efficacy of two cases of clinical observation, evaluation and efficacy of TCM symptom score, insulin resistance index(IRI), body mass index(BMI), liver function(ALT, AST, GGT), lipids(TC, TG, LDL-C), liver B-changes, and to evaluate the analysis. The result: 1. Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation: Chinese group, the total effective rate was 89.5% in the control group, the total effective rate was 74.4%, the statistical analysis, there were significant differences(P <0.05) overall clinical efficacy of the two groups, the Medicines Comprehensive clinical efficacy than the control group. 2. Insulin resistance index and body mass index Statistical analysis: insulin resistance in patients with traditional Chinese medicine group before and after treatment index and body mass index were statistically significant differences(P <0.05); insulin resistance in patients in the control group, a statistically significant difference between before and after treatment index( P <0.05), and body mass index between before and after treatment showed no significant difference(P> 0.05). Between the two groups after treatment, insulin resistance index was no significant difference between(P> 0.05); there is a statistically significant difference(P <0.05) between body mass index. 3. Evaluation of TCM and TCM symptom score Statistical analysis: The difference between the TCM symptom score with a statistically significant(P medicine group after treatment <0.05), while the control group had no significant difference(P> 0.05); two comparison, there was a statistically significant(P <0.05) between the TCM symptom score between the two groups after treatment, medicine group than the control group. 4. liver function, blood lipids and ultrasound indexing Evaluation: TCM group and the control group of patients, liver function, blood lipids, and from the ultrasound division three, the total effective rate was 86.8%, respectively, 60.0%, 92.1%, 76.9%, 84.2%, 61.5%, by statistical analysis between the two groups in the three areas have significant difference(P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group. 5. Statistical analysis of liver function: between the two groups before and after treatment ALT, AST, GGT had a statistically significant difference(P <0.05); between the two groups, no significant difference(P between ALT, AST and after treatment> 0.05), while there is a statistically significant difference(P <0.05) between GGT. 6. Statistical analysis of lipids: before and after treatment of Chinese medicine group were statistically significant differences(P <0.05) between the TC, TG, LDL-C, between TC, TG in the control group statistically significant difference(P <0.05), The LDL-C was no statistically significant difference in the before and after treatment(P> 0.05); between the two groups after treatment medicine group in improving TC, TG, LDL-C terms were statistically significant differences(P <0.05), than the control group. Conclusion: 1 Qi Qu behalf of the tea can significantly improve nonalcoholic fatty liver and insulin resistance in the liver(ALT, AST, GGT) and lipids(TC, TG, LDL-C) levels. 2 Qi Qu behalf of the tea can significantly improve the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and insulin clinical symptoms and signs(phlegm resistance type) of resistance. 3 Qi Qu behalf of the tea can improve nonalcoholic fatty liver and insulin resistance in insulin resistance index(IRI) and body mass index(BMI). |
