Research On Medical Ethics Education Of Medical College Students

Medical ethics is the professional ethics of medical workers. Their medical ethics is not only about the healthy development and services quality of the national health care, but also about the happy life of people as well as the social security and harmony. Medical college students are the reserve forces of medical workers, thus medical colleges’education quality determines whether the students can grow up to be qualified medical workers. And a qualified medical worker must firstly have good medical ethics, consequently, medical ethics education must be considered as the core element of medical college students’cultivation and be attached great importance.Based on people’s full scale development theory of Marxism and medical ethics in hodegetics, the thesis conducts a research on medical college students’medical ethics education problems and makes in-depth analysis of the present problems in the medical ethics education for medical college students and the related reasons. Then the author puts forward specific measures to strengthen and improve the medical ethics education for medical college students. The following five parts comprises the thesis:The first part explains the research purpose and significance of this thesis, and summarizes the research status at home and abroad. Also the author points out the theoretical basis, research methods as well as key points, difficulties and innovation points of the thesis.The second part illustrates the related concepts of medical ethics education for college students. The author defines the concept of medical ethics and medical ethics education, and explores the developing course of medical ethics education. Then the concepts, contents, characteristics and significance of ethics education for college students are expounded.The third part investigates the current situation of medical ethics education in medical college students. Through the questionnaire survey, the author analyzes the main problems of medical ethics education for medical college students and the reasons.The fourth part puts forward specific measures to strengthen and improve medical ethics education for medical college students. The thesis expounds specific measures to strengthen and improve medical ethics education for medical college students respectively from three aspects:building a favorable health care industry environment for the medical ethics education for medical college students; improving medical ethics education in medical colleges; emphasizing the students’ self-education of medical ethics.The fifth part draws the research conclusions and analyzes the research deficiency and outlook for the future.
