| Coronary heart disease is one kind of disease whice cause coronary artery lumen stenosis due to atherosclerosis,and lead to myocardial ischemia and even necrosis.Coronary heart disease is very similar with Chest discomfort of traditional Chinese medicine,which is a disease characterized by paroxysms of pectoral pain,sometimes accompanied by a feeling of oppression. The slight symptoms include sense of suppression in the chest and a feeling of breathing hardly, where the serious ones include severe heartburn which can spread to the back. Coronary heart disease mainly take place in the people who is more than 40 years old,and man’s onset time is early than women’s,in our country the onset time of coronary heart disease tends to be younger,in 20 years the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease is constantly growing, coronary heart disease has become one of the disease which can influence the quality of people’s life and threat human health. My teacher,professor Gong Lihong in deep study TCM books and carefully sorting the traditional, on the basis of related works based on her 20 years of clinical experience, put forward her original ideas on the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and the treatment of coronary heart disease.Professor Gong thinks that this disease caused by a variety of factors,and the mainly diease location is heart and involve lung,liver,spleen,kidney and other dirty.The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease can be summarized as asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,deficiency in origin includes deficiency of qi, deficiency of both qi and yin, deficiency of yang;excess in superficiality incudes stagnation of blood, cold coagulation, phlegm which can stagnate blood and lead to chest discomfort.The common syndrome of coronary heart disease is deficiency of both qi and yin,so it must be treated by supplementing qi and nourishing yin.Professor Gong use the Traditional Chinese medicine compound invented by herself, combined with clinical change it with card to add and subtract, achieved good effect. |
