| Purpose:To investigate the relevance between anti-CCP antibodies and RA patients with interstitial lung disease.Material and method:Collect 75 cases of RA patients in Rheumatism Ward of PLA 202 Hospital from April 2014 to September 2014, all patients entered the chest HRCT, execute semi-quantitative score reference to the relevant standard for pulmonary interstitial change; Determine anti-CCP antibodies using ELISA(negative reference interval 0-5 RU/ML),grouped according to their qualitative results. Observe the difference of semi-quantitative score between anti-CCP antibody-negative group and positive group.Results:1. In addition to RF, the remaining data(Gender, Age, Disease duration, ESR, CRP, RF, Ig G, Ig A, Ig M) between anti-CCP antibody-negative group and positive group showed no significant difference(P≥0.05).2.RA-ILD have relationship with the patient’s age, and no relationship with the Gender and Disease duration(divided by 5 years),and there’s no statistical relationship between it’s imaging findings and clinical symptoms.3. Between anti-CCP antibody-negative group and positive group,the rate of imaging findings have no significant difference,but there is statistically relevant trend(P = 0.052) between anti-CCP antibody and the widespread interstitial lung changes(ground glass, mesh, cellular),and it’s semi-quantitative score in positive group is also higher than the negative group, the difference has statistical significant(P <0.05).4. Anti-CCP antibodies have no value in Lung-rheumatism and Lung-wilt of the Chinese Medicine now.Conclusion:1. Interstitial lung disease is a common complication of RA, and it’s hidden,the interstitial lung disease of the patients with anti-CCP antibodies is harder then the others,they should be on guarded for the occurrence of interstitial lung disease,and should be entered the chest HRCT earlier.2. Anti-CCP antibodies have no value in Lung-rheumatism and Lung-wilt of the Chinese Medicine now.
