Through observing the clinical curative effect and the change of Chinese medicine symptom integral in the before and after treatment, Evaluating the treatment effect and security of treating irritable bowel syndrome(diarrhea-predominant).Material and method:1.According to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and Chinese medicine, select the 84 patients. Using random parallel control method, 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the therapy group is 43 examples and the control group is 41 examples.Two groups of patients have no significant difference in sex, age, the course of disease,they have the comparability.. 2. The therapy group uses tongxieyaofang(Large-headed atractylodes 20 g, Orange peel 15 g, Radices paeoniae alba 15 g, wind 10 g. Severe liver strongly fragrant plus Radix bupleuri 15 g, Radices saussureae 15 g, Fructus amomi 10 g, Liquorice 10 g. Severe spleen weakness plus Yam 15 g, Semen coicis 10 g, dangshen 10 g, Liquorice 10 g.), boiled with water, 1 agent / d, each time one bag(a bag is 100ml), One course oftreatment was 4 weeks. and plus acupuncture, select(1) Chung wan, Day pivot, Zu san li, ST36, Chamers use repair method, The giant virtual, Tai chong, Chapter door use reducing method, The will, Yin tang use repair method and reducing method.(2) The spleen shu, The liver shu, The intestinal shu, The renal shu,Hong leong,Nei guan, He gu use repair method and reducing method.Select the filiform needle is Hua tuo card 0.25mm×40mm,Alternate used(1)and(2),once a day,one time is 30 minutes, oftreatment was 4 weeks. Treatment group total effectiveness supasses the control group total effectiveness obviously.(P<0.05). 2. Compared the two groups before and after treatment, the treatment group and control group in clinical symptoms integral has the obvious difference,(P < 0.05), the improvement of TCM symptoms in treatment group the total integral with the control group no significant difference(P > 0.05). 3. Individual efficacy evaluation in both groups, the treatment group in the abdominal discomfort or abdominal pain, the improvement on diarrhea see symptoms improved significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05); And chest pain, depressed be agitated are better than control group(P < 0.01) 4.Two groups of clinical symptoms integral in the comparison of before and after treatment, the treatment group the abdominal pain or discomfort, diarrhea, chest pain to go up, depression, irritability and other symptoms integral were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05); The control group,the abdominal pain or discomfort, diarrhea lower than before treatment(P < 0.05); chest pain to go up, depression, irritability and other symptoms integral no significant change before and after therapy(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1. Tongxieyaofang soup plus acupuncture treats the patients with irritable bowel syndrome(diarrhea-predominant), the total effective rate have obvious difference compared with controls. 2. Tongxieyaofang soup plus acupuncture treats to improve symptoms. For abdominal discomfort or abdominal pain, diarrhea, chest pain and depression fret about the main clinical symptoms improved obviously. |
