Objective: To evaluate curative effect of external application of mirabilite abdomen in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: to search the 1989-2015 VIP Chinese periodical database,China journal full text database(CNKI), China biomedical literature database(CBM), Wanfang database. "Acute pancreatitis, Glauber’s salt,topical,abdomen,randomized controlled trial" as the subject or keyword retrieval,the retrieval of the literature screening,quality assessment,data extraction,data were analyzed by the Cochrane collaboration provided by Rev Man5.0 software. Results: from the Chinese periodicals database,China journal full text database(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),Wanfang database. "Acute pancreatitis,Glauber’s salt,topical,abdomen,randomized controlled trial" as the subject or keyword search, a total of 326,to China net periodical database as an example,introduces theretrieval methods: with "acute pancreatitis" as key words,search of 21671 articles,with "mirabilite" as the theme of the two words retrieval,that 180 papers,in order to "external" as the theme of the word again retrieval,retrieval literature number respectively is 84, all thereading. The results of Meta analysis:analysis of the effect of volume index,1 selected by the model with heterogeneity.Effect of amount of common indicators for continuous variable data, twocategorical data,grade data or multiple classification data, survival analysis data,this paperchose 4effect size index of 198 patients were analyzed,respectively,abdominal pain relieftime,ventilation,heating time of defecation time,hospital stay,belonging to the continuous variable data. According to the principle of medical statistics,merger,only homogeneous datato compare,analysis,based on the effect quantity indexes,this paper made analysis on theheterogeneity index,heterogeneity analysis results showed that the time of abdominal pain relief without obvious heterogeneity,and venting time,heating time and hospitalization days have obvious heterogeneity. Confirmation of research model on four indexes in after heterogeneity test,the differences were not significant heterogeneity in the abdominal pain relief time to choose a fixed model,ventilation heterogeneity exists difference laxative time,heating time,hospitalization time determined for the random effect model.2 sensitivity analysis.Sensitivity analysis is to check the hypothesis condition obtained by method of the stability,the purpose of which is to find the main factors affecting the meta analysis results ofdifferent,contradictory results,find the reason for the different conclusion, so the fixed model for the study of abdominal pain relief time on the stability of the sensitivity analysis, using random effect of model investigation conclusion,2 methods are basically the same results,good stability.3 on the bias analysis.Publication bias is a systematic error of the most common meta analysis,common publication bias detection approach for funnel plots,linear regression analysis and rank correlation method,the drawer literature,trim and fill method.This paper uses the funnel plot in the form of publication bias,the effect of the abscissa is the original research quantity in a funnel plot, the ordinate is the original study sample size,the smaller the sample size, the distribution of more dispersed,and large sample volume,distribution is concentrated.If there is no bias, symmetrically funnel.The opposite asymmetric figure biased,indicating the presence of bias.In the funnel plot bias on the indexes abovefindings,funnel plot four side reflect the four indicators are the basic symmetry,the smallerthe possibility of bias. Conclusion: external application of mirabilite abdomen with conventional western medicinetreatment of acute pancreatitis in Department of internal medicine effect is better than simple Western Medicine Department of internal medicine,simple treatment effect,but because of literarature researchmethod into the quality and report quality is generally low,the literarature researchstill need a randomized controlled trial implementation of the specification,further proved significantly better than the use of conventional Western Medicine Department of internal medicine acute pancreatitis treated with external application of mirabilite the clinical curative effect ofconventional treatment of Western Medicine Department of internal medicine for acute pancreatitis effect.
