Study On The Distribution Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes In 112 Cases With Type 2 Diabetic Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the syndrome differentiation of diabetic coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(DCAD) II, thus it is concluded and analyzed what the regular of syndrome and syndrome type is, and how common pathological factors affect the syndrome type distribution. Therefore, the method to guide clinical practice is brought forward.Methods:The TCM Four Step Diagnosis data and relative laboratory index of 112 DCAD II patients are taken from No.7 Department, Rehabilitation Centre, TCM Hospital of Liaoning. First, the data above were computed with SPSS 17.0, TCM syndromes were screened with Variables Cluster of Hierarchical Cluster. Second, representative sign and typical syndrome were judged while TCM syndrome types were concluded according to Syndrome Part, TCM Diagnostic and Therapeutic Standard Terminology of PRC and Guiding Principle for Clinical Study on Diabetes Treatment with New Medicine(TCM). Third, common pathological factors are analyzed with one-way ANOVA and Chi-square test, thus the factors affecting the type distribution were picked out.Results:(1)After cluster analysis syndromes,the TCM cardinal types of T2 DM with CHD were classified as Qi-Yin Deficiency,Phlegm-Blood Stasis(QD-YD and PS-BS) has42 cases,about37.5% 、 Yin-Yang deficiency, Phlegm Intermingled and Blood Stasis(YD-YD and PI-BS)has28cases,abou25%、liver and kidney Deficiency, Heart Vessel with Blood Stasis(LD-KD and HV-BS)has22cases,about19.64% 、 Yang Deficiency,Phlegm Intermingled and Blood Stasis(YD and PI-BS)has12cases,about10.71%、Qi Deficiency, Heart Vessel with Blood Stasis(QD and HV-BS)has8cases,about7.14%,in which QD-YD and PS-BS was the most common syndrome,and blood stasis,in the process of the development,plays an important role and runs through the whole course of the disease.(2) In the general information,there were statistically significant difference among 5 types(P<0.05)in age, duration and Body mass index(BMI)(p < 0.05),QD-YD and PS-BS group of patients with a body mass index was the largest.(3)The TCM cardinal types of T2 DM with CHD were influenced by glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c) and blood lipid profile(p < 0.05)in which Hb A1 c of QD-YD and PS-BS was maximum, YD-YD and PI-BS group of patients with blood lipid profile was most obvious in the experiment index data.(4)In the habits and customs information,lack of exercises was statistically significant difference(p < 0.05),the most common was YD and PI-BS;addicted to alcohols and cigarettes was statistically significant difference(p < 0.05),the most common was LD-KD and HV-BS.Conclusion:In the clinical trial,the frequent syndromes of Ty Pe2 DM with CHD were classified into 5 types:QD-YD and PS-BS、YD-YD and PI-BS、LD-KD and HV-BS、YD and PI-BS、QD and HV-BS,in which QD-YD and PS-BS was the most common syndrome,and blood stasis,in the process of the development,plays an important role and runs through the whole course of the disease.
