Clinical Observation On Ovulation Obstruction Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Clomiphene In Treating Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm - Dampness Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Purpose: Through clinical observation,to explore the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with Clomifene treating ovulation obstacle of kidney deficiency and phlegmy wet polycystic ovary syndrome.In order to provide evidence-based basis for the treatment combined traditional Chinese and western medicine of infertility owing to polycystic ovary syndrome.Material and method:Select patients included in the standard who are infertility owing to kidney deficiency and phlegmy wet polycystic ovary syndrome,then randomly divide into treatment group, other into control group. Treatment group were gived Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with Clomifene,control group were purely treated with Clomifene.Watch for three menstrual cycles. Mainly observe the TCM syndrome、BMI、hormone levels、BBT、dominant follicle diameter and intrauterine membrane thickness in ovulation days、ovulation and pregnancy of the two groups after treatment.Results: 1.T value and LH/FSH ratio of treatment group patients were decreased than the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05). The result of two groups was also statistically significant when compared with themselves. 2.Syndrome:in treatment groupthe effective rate was 83.33%;the result was superior than the control group of which the effective rate was 62.07%.The difference in distribution types of BMI between two groups was statistically significant after treatment;while the result of control group was not statistically significant when compared with itself.3.The differences in distribution types of BBT,dominant follicle diameter and intrauterine membrane thickness in ovulation days of Treatment group patients were statistically significant(p<0.05). Ovulation rate in Treatment group which was 74.39%,the pregnancy rate was 23.33%,the results were better than the control group which was 60.46% and 17.24%, comparing the two groups were statistically significant difference(p < 0.05).Conclusion: 1、Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with Clomifene treating kidney deficiency and phlegmy wet polycystic ovary syndrome, can obviously improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of serum T, LH/FSH ratio and body weight. 2、Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with Clomifene treating kidney deficiency and phlegmy wet polycystic ovary syndrome, can Promote follicular growth, increase the endometrial thickness, increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
