This paper based on the review of the quality analysis problem of Chinese herbal medicine in recent years, compared with the previous definition of the quality of Chinese herbal medicines by chemical composition of monomer, the effect of Chinese herbal medicine spectrum, the use of modern data analysis method combined with the determination of Chinese herbal medicine fingerprint analysis and its pharmacological activity, quality of construction materials of the spectrum effect relationship model can explain the science.In this study, three batches of Flos Lonicerae in Guizhou as the main research object, first through the study of different chromatographic conditions, the determination conditions of HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of Lonicera confusa; using the polar difference and column chromatography solvents of different polarity fractions of Lonicera confusa segment, and according to the conditions previously determined, HPLC each section of test site, each chromatographic peak data.Secondly, this study using lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulated mouse RAW264.7 macrophages, inflammatory cell reaction model constructed by Griess reaction, determination of the secretion of NO in cultured, was found in the control group and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulation of NO secretion in the group have significant differences, so as to determine the inflammatory cell model was constructed successfully. Finally, by using the cell inflammation model, in order to cultivate the secretion of fluid cells on inflammatory cytokines NO, TNF- α, IL-6 as index, determination of ash stick Lonicera anti-inflammatory activity, found that each sub part of inflammatory cytokines NO, TNF-α, IL-6 expression showed significant inhibitory effect.Finally, this study through the investigation of literature, analysis of this year to use traditional Chinese medicine spectrum effect relationship model commonly used in data processing methods, combined with the actual situation of the research on the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches, and ultimately determine the use of partial least squares regression analysis to construct the HPLC map data combined with the previously obtained segmented parts and its anti-inflammatory activity data spectrum effect relationship model of Flos Lonicerae in anti-inflammatory activity.
