Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome With

Objective:To study the effect of GengNianYangYin Formula on MPS,and get a proved treatment method according to this study.Methods : We devided 120 MPS patients into the treatment group and the control group at random. We treated the treatment group with GengNianYangYin Formula and the controls were treated with Liuweidihuang Pills. Two groups were observed before and after the treatment on MPS with modified Kupperman score and laboratory examination results.So we can find an effective way of clinical treatment on MPS.Result:Both GengNianYangYin Formula and Liuweidihuang Pills could cure the symptoms of MPS patients, the former was better than the latter especially for heart palpitations, upset, chills, dizziness and other symptoms.(P 〈 0.05).The total efficiency of the two groups were 91.7% and 71.7%(P〈0.05). GengNianYangYin Formula had the obvious advantage over the Liuweidihuang Pills of elevating white blood cell level and reducing serum FSH level(P〈0.05).Conclusions: GengNianYangYin Formula is an effective way to treat MPS, and may be better than Luiweidihuang Pills.
