Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of Copeptin andcholesterol, blood glucose, uric acidin serum of young ischemic stroke patients. Methods:70 cases healthy people were divided into the control group. 62 cases with young ischemic stroke were devided into experimental group.Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression changes of Copeptin in serum of young ischemic stroke patients and determine their cholesterol, blood glucose and uric acidin. Results:There was no significant relationship among age, height, weight and BMI in young ischemic stroke patients(p>0.05). Compared with control, the expression of Chol, TG, LDLand Copeptin in serum were largely increasd in young ischemic stroke patients(p<0.05). Compared with male stroke patients, Copeptin were largely increased in serum of female stroke patients(p<0.05). Conclusion:There is a correlation between copeptin and young ischemic stroke patients. Copeptin might be the new risk factor of young ischemic stroke patients.
