A Study On The Cultivation Of General Practitioners In Yunnan Province

As the transformation of Chinese medical model and wide conduction of health care strategies, the demand for public health care service is getting higher and higher. The unreasonable medical resource configuration and the wide-spreading high-tech detective & cure measurement leads to uprising medical cost, however, the result turns out to be less than expected, and even breaks the medical benefit-cost balance. General Practitioners could provide communities with complete, continuous, comprehensive, flexible, individual and humane medical health care service, offering process-through, thoughtful life & health management, and to some degrees help greatly in strengthening health care, lowing medical cost and reasonably configuration of health care resource, which highly met the needs of public health care service.Domestic medical system reform is based on mainly general medical health care service, which is in the mode of general practitioner medical health care service. It is the reform trend that may lead to great practitioner personnel shortage, and of which the situation get worse as days grow. Thus the training of general medical practitioner will become a main topic in the up-coming future. By actual science research, this essay builds up the Capability Model of general practitioners in Yunnan Province, of which set as standard to criticize general practitioners in Yunnan so as to find solutions to improvement. In addition, with the combination of training experiences from both national physicians and surgeons, this article showcases analysisof current medical practitioner situation in Yunnan province and summarizemprovement.Based on BEI (Behavior Events Interview), the thesis filters the dictionary of general practitioner capability and builds questionnaire survey for staffs in 6 Kunming hospitals.
