Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy By Anterior Surgery Combined With Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Method

Objective:The subject by comparing the observation, this paper discusses the clinical effects of combination anterior approach with supplementing qi, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction on the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:According to the clinical symptoms and imaging findings,62 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 31 cases in each group. All patients were treated with anterior cervical corpectomy and discectomy with interbody autograft bone fusion and internal titanium plate fixation. Patients of control group adopt conventional treatment after surgery. The experimental group was added to treat with Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction once daily after surgery for 15 days on third days after surgery. Through the observation of the two groups of patients, including operation time, the amount of bleeding, nerve function and axial symptoms before surgery and 1,3 months follow-up after surgery, bone graft fusion after 3 months, then get the result. The results were calculated statistically with SPSS 19.0 software, then compare the two groups of each observation indexes. The statistical significance were accepted as the P value less than 0.05.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between nerve function and axial symptoms before operation. Postoperative after 1 month,3 months the experimental group of neurological function recovery is better than the control group. Postoperative after 1 month in axial symptoms improvement and axial symptoms occurred the experimental group also is better, but postoperative after 3 months no statistically significant difference between the two groups. At the same time, There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the operative time, the amount of bleeding and bone graft fusion after 3 months(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of combination anterior approach with supplementing qi, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction on the treatment of cervical spondylosis can significantly promote neurological function recovery, effectively improve preoperative axial symptoms, reduce the incidence of axial symptoms after surgery, improve the operation effect, obtain the total effective rate of 100% and is worthy of clinical promotion.
