Objective:In order to explore the relevance between indicators of serum estradiol, progesterone,p-hCQgestational sac average diameter, length of the embryo and early threatened abortion. At the same time,we aim to discuss the related factors which influence the early pregnant outcome. In addition, strengthen the monitoring and treatment of patients at high risk of early pregnancy, discriminate the dynamic embryos and then intervene timely. In present study we discussed the prediction value of gestation sac average diameter, the length of the embryo and their difference value in 6-10 weeks to early pregnancy outcome.Method:We collected the patients with early threatened abortion in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital by retrospectively in March 2013 to February 2015.According to the included and exclusion criteria,207 cases were divided into viable pregnancy group included 135 women and spontaneous abortion group included 72 women. All the results of the survey use SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.207 cases of early pregnancy, rate of abortion is not increasing before age 30; Rate of abortion rise gradually after age30, and even higher after 35.2.207 cases of early pregnancy, times of pregnancy and parturition have no impact to pregnancy outcome (P> 0.05).3.207 cases of early pregnancy, E2 of viable pregnancy group is significantly higher than spontaneous abortion group in week 5-10. P of viable pregnancy group is higher than spontaneous abortion group, which are statistically significant in week 6-9(P< 0.05).β-hCG of spontaneous abortion group is obviously lower than viable pregnancy group, yet increase gradually as time evolves except week 10. At the same time, β-hCG of two sets fluctuates widely and has much overlap.4.207 cases of early pregnancy, gestation sac average diameter of two sets both grow gradually, but gestation sac average diameter of spontaneous abortion group is always smaller than viable pregnancy group(P<0.05). The growth of the embryo length is out of step with the gestational age. Difference of gestation sac average diameter and embryo length is increasing gradually as time evolves in week 9-10.For ultrasound measurements, embryos were detected in only 16 women of spontaneous abortion group and fetal heart only 7.5.207 cases of early pregnancy, kidney deficiency has the highest frequency in spontaneous abortion group. TCM syndrome types of two sets have no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Rate of abortion of early pregnancy is not increasing before age 30;Rate of abortion rise gradually after age30,and much higher after age 35.2. Times of pregnancy and parturition have no impact to pregnancy outcome of early pregnancy.3. Serum estradiol is an important factor in predicting pregnancy outcome. Single detection of serum estradiol and progesterone had a predictive value on the pregnancy outcome. Serum β-hCG which fluctuates widely and overlaps much cannot accurately assess pregnancy outcome. It is more valuable to combine E2、P and β-hCG tests.4. According to the outcome of Abdominal Ultrasound examination, the gradually increasing gestational sac with gestational age cannot effectively evaluate the pregnancy outcome. In addition, the larger difference of gestational sac germs average diameter and embryo length, the more risk of abortion. Thus, patients at high risk who detected fetal heart at week 8 still need to be closely followed up.5. Kidney deficiency is the mainly TCM syndrome types in spontaneous abortion group. Differences of TCM syndrome types of two sets have no obvious effect to pregnancy outcome.
