Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Betel Nut Powder On Postoperative Wound Healing Of Low Perianal Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the drug Binglangsan in curing low crissum abscess after operation and confirm that the drug can promote healing of wound. To find a clinically method, which is safe, effective, convenient, inexpensive, easily accepted by patients.Methods:The 60 anal fistula cases who met the inclusion criteria,with the order of their admission and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. All surgery patients gave the first treatment dressing on the second day after operation. The treatment group with sticky Fujinshengjisan saline gauze packing wound,another group with Radix yarn dressing,must be uninterrupted dressing to heal.Observe and record the lenght,depth and secretions of the wound on 4,7,14 days after operation.The time of all patients’ wounds completely heal and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded. Then analyze the resulted data.Results:Through statistical analysis,60 patients enrolled mixed hemorrhoid patients, age, gender was no significant difference between comparable.comparing the initial wound length and depth of the two groups of patients after operation, it has no statistical significance (P>0.05). Compare to two groups data of the lenght and depth of the wound on 4,7,14 days after operation, two groups have difference was statistically significant (p<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group. To compare wound secretion on 7,14 days after operation, the results showed that clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the time of all patients’ wounds completely heal,the results showed that clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Binglangsan can promote the circulation of Qi to dissipate mass, and clear away heat and toxic materials,and regenerate tissue to heal wond.The drug can promote healing of wound and reduce the secretion of the wound,injured area cicateizantion timing advanced after anal fistula operation.
