Dahuang Zhusan Keli is based on the theory of the traditional Chinese medicine.It is a new decoction pieces that is just changed the physical characters,in order to reduce the boiling time and the power and to save the herb resourse. According to the characteristics of the Dahuang Zhusan Keli, I had done a series research about preparation, the clinical application of boiling condition, building quality standars, compared to the chemical ingredients and the main efficacy of the two kind of pieces,the study of the fingerprint.It can provide the ideas and the foundation to the Zhusan Keli.In the preparation technology,I chose the best powder particle size is the fine powder, mixed the water by 9mL/10g, then put the powder in a temperature of 60℃ for 3 hours.In the clinical application of boiling condition, the evaluating indicators are rhubarb total anthraquinone content and dry extract yield.The most suitable sofeware is central composite design-response surface methodology.The best way of decoction process is that adding water 16 times into Dahuang Zhusan Keli, and immersing 15 minutes,decoction 2 times and every time of 35minutes.Comparison with traditional pieces, the chemical ingredients and the main efficacy were compared. I got the resulet is that 1g Dahuang Zhusan Keli equivalent 1.35g traditional herbs. In order to compare the main pharmacodynamics, I chose the four experiments which are raceanisodamine mice induced constipation, gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in mice, p-xylene-induced ear edema in mice, mice induced thermal stimulation flick responses.The result is that the Dahuang Zhusan Keli and Dahuang traditional pieces can promote the model mice of constipation to defecate, increase the gastric emptying and the small intestinal propulsion of the mice, and restrain acute inflammation that is caused by dimethylbenzene.I used Dahuang pieces and particles in the 2010 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" as standard to build the quality standard of Dahuang Zhusan Keli.From the fingerprint study, I used the HPLC to establish the fingerprint of the 10 kinds of Dahuang Zhusan Keli and Dahuang traditional pieces.And the similarity between both of the two pieces reached 0.90.The results has showed that preparation of Dahuang Zhusan Keli is simple,reasonable and feasible.I built the quality standard.I also proved that Dahuang Zhusan Keli have many advantages such as decreasing the boiling time, reducing the amount of medicine,saving energy.
