Fruits of Cannabis Sativa is dry ripe fruit from Moraceae Cannabis sativa L. It has efficiency of loosening bowel to relieve constipation. Being extensively distributed in China such as Heilongjiang,Liaoning, Jilin, Sichuan, Gansu, Yunnan, Guangxi, Zhejiang, etc. The Shenglongbencaojin record that it property and flavor sweet flavorin traditional Chinese medicine, it is used as antidote and antibiotic.The therapy by using it to cure colonitis, conjunctivitis or snake poisoning etc. is commonly accepted by the local people.In recent years, althought our country has done many researches on pharmacology with Fruits of Cannabis Sativa L, The research of chemical component has not been reported systematically. So the purpose of this topic is to study on the moderate polarity parts of the which are found in the preparative experiments, develop the ground parts of Fruits of Cannabis Sativa, avoid doing excessive and no reborn damage on the resources of Fruits of Cannabis Sativa, develop and protect the resources at the same time, and set the basis for the modernization of the development of the traditional medicine Fruits of Cannabis Sativa in our country.This topic adopt method of solvent extraction, then from parts of chloroform and acetoacetate by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallisation, eight constituents were isolated. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis methods and chemical methods, combinate literature report, identificate six compounds. Six compounds were identified asⅠCannabsin A,Ⅱβ-sitosterol,ⅢDaucosterol,ⅣIsoselachoceric acid, V Mannitol, VI Hexadecanoic acid.The chemical components of essential oil from Fruits of Cannabis Sativa were extracted by steam distillation extraction (SD) and supercritical fluid CO2 extraction (SFE-CO2), and the chemical components in the essential oil achieved by two different extraction methods were also analyzed by GC-MS. Altogether 45 compounds were identified,43 compounds extracted by SFE-CO2 were identified,36 compounds by SD were identified. It was found that the main components of the essential oil obtained with the two methods were similar.To establish an HPLC method for determinated the content of Cannabisin A in Fruits of Cannabis Sativa is 0.3%. The HPLC system consisted of Waters column C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm); Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (22:78); It was detected at 257nm; Column temperature is room temperature; As mobile phase flow rate was 1.0mL/min;under the chromatographic condition, control article Cannabisin A RT is 17.23min. This method is convenient and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of Fruits of Cannabis Sativa.
