Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With Acupoint Injection In Treating Thoracic Outline Syndrome

Purpose:Observe the clinical curative effect of TOS by acupuncture with injectio ad acumen.Method:60 TOS patients were divided randomly into two groups ccording to the visited order.The treatment group was given acupuncture with injectio ad acumen.The acupoints contained Tingding point, Quepen point,Jugu point and so on.Injectio ad acumen was chose the living acupoint by injected compound prescribe angelicae injection and Vitamin B12 injection.The controlgroup was adopted a conservative treatment of western medicine and the course of treatment was 10 days.Statistic the curative effect after two courses, and visited for 6 months to observe long-term curative effect.Result:Two groups have an obvious improvement in the symptom integral calculus(P<0.01),they have no difference in the short-term curative effect(P >0.05).Compared with pretherapy,The relapse rate in 6 months of the treatment group is obviously lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture and injectio ad acumen are a valid method that cures TOS.Insufficiency of vital energy,blockage of congestion and blockage of wind-cold damp pathogen are the main etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis.Tianding,Quepen and so on can be the main caves that cure TOS.
