The Study On Detecting Antibodies Of Clonorchis Sinensis By Dot Lmmunogold Filtration Assay

Objective:To establish one of new,simple,fast,sensitive and specific assay for detecting clonorchiasis antibodies. Methods: U ing Clonorchis sinensis adult-worm antigen and SPA labelled with collidal gold as probe,establish Dot lmmunogold Filtration Assay (DIGFA) for detecting clonorchiasis antibodies,and also by Dot-ELISA as the parallel control.Results:The positive rates of DIGFA and Dot-ELISA in testing the sera from 119 provied cases are 96.44% (115/119) and 92.44% (110/119) respectively; there are no significant difference between the two assays(P>0.05).The negative rate of DIGFA is 100% (40140) , The cross rate in 20 cysticercosis cases and 25 schistosomiasis cases are 5.00% (1/20) and 4.00% (1/25) respectively.Both coincidence rates comparing DIGFA with Dot-ELISA are 90.91% (50/55) .Conclusi n:The results suggest that DIGFA is sensitive and specific as the assay of Dot-ELtSA,and also has other advantages such as simple,fast and without specific equipment.The assay is deserved to apply abroadly in detecting the antibodies of clonorchiasis.
