[Objective):To investigate the dynamic changes of cell adhesion molecules CD62L CD11a.. CD4% CD8 expression on lymphocyte and soluble CD62E(sCD62E) in sera from peripheral blood in renal allograft recipients and the implications. [Methodes) :The dynamic changes in CD62L CDl1a CD4.. CD8 levels on lymphocyte and sCD62E concentrations in sera were examined by using Ab ACS mmunofluorescence technique and ELISA correspondingly in 10 renal allograft recipients with stable course and 10 recipients with acute rejection within 15 days postoperatively. Ten patients undergoing hemodialysis program and 10 health people were inspected simultaneously as control group. NIP and ATG were used during acute course, and NIP was also introduced in anti ejection treatment. [Results) ;The expression of CD62L in stable group increased after reducing, but there were no significant differences when compared with the both two control groups; the expression increased significantly when acute rejectin ocurred but decreased little after anti ejection. The expression of CD11a decreased significantly after operation in stable group, and increased significantly after unuse of ATG; the expression increased significantly during the rejective time but reduced immediately after MP use for anti ejction treatment. The expression of CD4 and CD8 increased significantly after a short reducing in both the stable and rejective group, but CD4/CD8 decreased gradurally after operation; the expression increased when acute rejection occured but there were no significant deferences with the normal control group at same term and decreased for CD4 not CD8 after anti ejection treatment, but lower than the corresponding period of stable group. The concentration of sCD62E decreased gradually after operation in the both two group, no significant change was found at rejective moment or after anti ejection treatment, but a negative correlation was found between the concentration of sCD62E and the CD62L expression. [Conclusion):The upregulated expression of CD62L. CD1la CD4 CD8 may be one factor of the molecule foundations for renal allograft rejection , The immunosuppressants, especially MP , can suppress the CAMs expression evidently, which may be one of the most important mechanisms in protection from the early graft rejection and anti ejective treatment. The increased expression of CD62L may be the reason for the decreasing in sCD62E concentration. The dynamic investigation of CD62L CD11a CD4 expression and the sCD62E concentration will be helpful for the rejection diagnosis and the estimation of anti-rejection effect.
