| OBJECTIVE: To study of proliferation apoptosis effect of humanhepatocellular carcinoma cells on induced by kanglaite injection.METHOD: MTT, Immunohistochemical and microscopy methodswere used in 34 cases to observe primary liver cancer treated invitro with Kanglaite injection compared to it's control group.RESULTS:â‘ anglaite can inhibit hepatocellular carcinoma cellproliferation up to 30%. â‘¡ompared with the control group,hepatocellular carcinoma cells treated with kanglaite showed significant apoptosis phenomenon (P<0.05). â‘¢In microscopy, the characteristics of apoptosis such as the formation of cell-membraneblebs and apoptotic bodies, were observed morphologically inhepatocellular carcinoma cells.CONCLUSION: Kanglaite injection not only relatively high inhibition but also induces apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma. |
