Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis With Cx Granule

ABSTRACT ABSTRACT This thesis reviewed recent research progress on reflux esophagitis (RE) and put forward the next research orientation. Through observing pathogenic process of 67 patients suffered from RE and primarily investigating traditional Chinese medicine pathogenic factor -. pathogenesis and principle of treatment about RE. So ChaiXia (CX) granule was made. Through comparing with .Cisapride we surveyed CX granule抯 curative effect against RE. The result showed that: The pathogenesis nucleus of RE is the failure of descending of the stomach- qi. Among the patients the symptoms and sign of incoordination between the liver and the spleen stagnant heat of the liver and the stomach constituted majority. Relieving the depressed liver and regulating the stomach- qi was a basic principle in curing RE. The lower esophageal sphincter (LES)抯 function of the patients imbalanced. The lower esophageal sphincter pressure (LESP) of the patients was lower than normal and the lower esophageal sphincter length (LESL) of patients was shorter than normal (PO.05); CX granule had stable curative effect and less side effect, the effect of CX granule was better than Cisapride ? (PO.05).
