Danglongxinglao tablets, which is made from salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, Panaxnotoginseng, Pheretima and other three Chinese medicinal materials, has the functions: Activating the blood, reducing phlegm and apoplexying.lt mainly applies to cure the vascular dementia of the aged.In order to control the quality and ensure the functions, the experimental study has been carried out on its preparation.1. Using the transferring rate of tanshinone II A, ginsenoside Rbl, Rgl and extract ratio as indexes , we selected the optimum extracting condition with alcohole by orthogonal test which selects alcohole content, alcohole volume , extracting time as factors.The optimum alcohole extracting conditions is: with 75% Etoh as a solvent , reflux extracting two times, adding 8 times and 6 times solvent volume, extracting one and half hours, one hour.2.With soaking time , solvent volume and extracting time as examing factors , using the transferring rate of icariin and extract ratio as indexes, weselected the optimum water extracting condition by orthogonal text , which is : soaking 0 .Shour, extracting two times, adding 12 times and 10 times solvent volume, extracting two hours and one and half hours.3.With the content changes of tanshinone IIA and icariin as indexes , we study on the process of concentration and dryness by contrast experiment.The optimum process is: The extract of alcohole and water concentrates and dries lonly , temperature of concentration and dryness of alcohole extract lowers 60 C, water extract concentration temperature is within 100C and dryness temperature is within 80 C.4.Contrast experiment is carried out on the adjuvant and the manufacturing process of tablets. According to experiments results, we can make up the type and dosage of adjuvant, also the manufacturing process is ascertained for Danglongxinglao tablets,5.hi order to increase the steadiness of the tablets, coating experiment is carried out successly.
